Lake City Florida real estate is a blend of modern and historic homes.  Affordable and upscale single-family homes make up most of the Lake City real estate market but there are a few horse properties and a substantial number of manufactured homes as well.  Lake City real estate includes many homes on golf courses, homes on tree lined streets, close to schools and shopping but it also offers rural living opportunities including horse property.

Lake City is close to many surrounding towns and is known as the “Gateway to Florida” because of its easy access to I-75 and I-10.  The downtown area has been restored to its historic and traditional business center.
